Anyone have good ideas on how to use Twitscoop?
Twitter is probably the hottest thing on the web right now. Although why that is the case, I can’t really say. It is much like instant messaging, just on a WWW scale rather than simply to a designated recipient. What intrigues me more than Twitter itself, is Twitscoop, a “realtime” application showing what is being “buzzed” on the web right now. I keep thinking to myself, “self, if you can figure out how to use “Twitscoop”, you’ll have it made. So I keep looking at the latest “cloud” and wondering how to make this thing work to my advantage. What to do with Twitscoop.
Does anyone have any ideas? If so, I’d love to hear them. Let me know what you think.
I was looking at the blog of Tim Ferris today and saw where he had posted on “How to use Twitter without twitter owning you”, and I thought, “COOL”, but still, what value does Twitter have other than to a.) post your thoughts or b.) see what people are thinking about. If it’s “b”, then there is some value, if “a”, then the value is only in what you are posting, so I prefer to stake a claim in “b” and see if there is anything to be GAINED in Twitter. After all, no gain, lotta pain.
The application I’ve looked at that seems to have intrinsic value is “Twitscoop”. It has got to be of some value to know what is being buzzed about on the web but at this point can’t think of a practical application for the information. I will come up with something, because I am something of a practical kind of guy, but until then, I’d like to know what others think may be of value regarding “Twitscoop” , if you can think of something, spread the word.
